The day after Christmas, December 26 1974, Frank Bower Jr., a 14-year-old freshman attending nearby community Boca Ciega High School was elected as a “commissioner for the day” on the South Pasadena City Council by other young classmates and neighbors in his community.

The Bower family had hastily moved to the St. Petersburg suburbs of Florida from Staten Island, New York, in mid-1968.

It was an event put on by the South Pasadena Civic Association. As 1974 was drawing to a close, the always spunky teen made a bold declaration. Bower Jr., unabashedly predicted that when he reached 18, in another 38 months, he’d run for mayor of the quaint, St. Petersburg suburb of South Pasadena.

Instead of pursuing his dream, over the course of the next two years, Bower Jr.’s life began to increasingly spiral out of his control. Those who could and should have intervened failed miserably at their lack of intervention.

A raged-filled young man coupled with the many poor choices Bower Jr. made forged the first links in what would become a lengthy chain of disastrous events that continue up to today.

As time went on, Bower Jr., continued to add more links at a quickening pace. Now, over 4-decades later, Bower has permanently shackled countless people to his long chain of disasters, miseries and ruinous activities. His reckless actions and lies have negatively impacted untold thousands of lives across the US.

Everyone throughout his immediate family and even the extended Bower family trees have felt the frequent seismic reverberations of Bower’s incessant, narcissistic, actions over the past 4 decades.

Just a year earlier, in March 1973, Frank Jr.’s father had turned 40. Frank Bower Sr. a former US Marine and Korean War veteran, was born and raised in Staten Island, New York. Frank Bower Sr. ran and was elected to fill a vacancy in one of the two elected positions in 1973 for South Pasadena City Commissioner.

Frank Bower Sr. wasted no time after being elected on March 6, 1973, to his new public role in implementing the changes he sought out the position to begin with. Soon Bower was Public Safety Commissioner in charge of the Police and Fire Departments for the one-mile square, mostly retirement-aged (only 4.1% of its 1970 population was 17 or under) community in South Pasadena, Florida.

In the fall of ’72 and first couple months of 1973, Bower Sr. campaigned using a shallow, single theme against John Heinss, the 77-year-old, 3-time incumbent, who had a lucrative, 43-year career on Wall Street with a firm at the New York Stock Exchange, before retiring permanently to South Pasadena.

To successfully achieve his goal, Frank Bower Sr.’s strategy was to play on the heartstrings of neighbors and every other voter in the small ward in the South Pasadena community, relentlessly reminding them, at every opportunity, of his adopted daughter Michele’s death by drowning at his home on South Shore Drive South.

To win, Frank Bower Sr. calculated he could tie Heinns to the difficulties and delays South Pasadena residents frequently had contacting the South Pasadena police and fire departments, especially in the evenings and weekends when calls to the police were actually answered by the on-duty staff of firemen.

Those same difficulties, Bower claimed, factored heavily in the Bower’s 3-year-old adopted daughter’s death on Father’s Day, 1972.

However, upon review, in our opinion, the rescue and emergency actions taken and not taken that day, point in the direction of possibly very heinous activities with a multitude of ulterior motives and the culpability falling on the shoulders of many!

Listen as Frank Bower Jr. in 2010, while on tour speaking at churches across the US, describing his life story, slips and shines a very bright light onto the nature of the relationship between his mother and adopted sister, Michele….right up to the time of her death.

3 yellow, long stem roses rests atop the untidy burial marker for 3-year-old Michele. JUNE 18, 2014, marks the 42nd.  anniversary of the alleged tragedy – NOT JULY 18TH AS THE MARKER ERRONEOUSLY (and intentionally ?) was ordered and produced! On the simple marker, a rendering of Jesus Christ comforts a toddler in his arms, while a young girl kneeling next to them looks on. Special attention and instructions were given for the creation of the marker. To the untrained eye the marker simply shows Michele’s first, middle (Olympia-Frank Bower’s paternal grandmother’s name) and last name. In our opinion, her adopted names initials, M.O.B. were not given to her by sheer coincidence, but rather in a warped and malevolent manner. Also in our opinion, it’s no coincidence that the 3 letters were intentionally increased in size by 30%, to stand out over the other letters in her name when the marker was designed. 2014 All rights reserved – Naples Ninja News

The 911 emergency response service, we take for granted across the US today, had yet to be implemented and the phones were manned by fire and police personnel in South Pasadena. At the time there was not even a dedicated dispatcher, employed by either South Pasadena Police or Fire Departments, to handle inbound first-responder calls in the idyllic, palm-lined community.

On Father’s Day, June 18th, 1972, Bower Sr.’s three-year-old adopted daughter, Michele, allegedly drowned in the family’s in-ground, backyard swimming pool.

There are numerous other troubling relevant details that we have uncovered over the past year, since Spring 2013, when we first began looking into Frank Bower Jr.’s, many incredible claims. Claims he had at that point in time already been making for over a decade.

Even prior to his not-so-surprising (at least not to us) May 12, 2014, apprehension, by the Orange County Sheriff’s Department, dressed in black, head-to-toe, as a ninja home invader, accompanied by his ninja rat crew, we suspected something was not quite right with his so-called mafia-soldier turned born-again Christian pastor tale.

our team began following him in his new life role as a self-proclaimed, so-called Christian pastor in early Spring 2013.

We came across him after hearing, via a few of our long-time friends and trusted associates, notified us about the many incredible claims Frank Bower Jr. made while speaking to those gathered before him at the Bill Glass Ministry conventions. Bower was invited to appear as one of the conferences guest speakers. A few of his claims just did not pass our sniff test and piqued our suspicions early on.

In the upcoming pages we will, with meticulous attention to detail, shed further light on the up to now mostly hidden, and potentially damning information we’ve uncovered, up to and after several of the supposed Bower family tragedies occurred.

So that you can more easily understand, we will provide you a brief, yet well-documented, synopsis of the still relatively unknown events that were occurring in and around the tumultuous Bower family at the time. A highly dysfunctional family, caught up in a never-ending cycle of chaos, even to this day.

It’s rather odd that Frank Bower Jr., never seems to mention his only living sister, Virginia Anne. He only expresses his great sense of loss and pain for his twins sisters, Margaret and Therese. Bower Jr., claims both were abducted in 1967, or even ’68, depending on when and where you heard him speaking.

Bower also always spends time speaking about the innocent, adopted toddler, named Michele, who allegedly drowned in the Bower’s South Pasadena swimming pool. on Father’s Day, 5 years later. For someone who claims he did not know roosters were unnecessary for his Texas chickens to lay eggs, ole Farmer Bower sure knows how to milk a cow, especially when it’s a ready to be milked cash cow!

Every now and then, the overly confident, Frank Bower Jr., slips and gives you a real juicy, nugget of information when his “loose lips” are in motion. The same type of loose lips young military officers are warned and often reminded sink ships….even the largest of ships.

While Bower goes out of his way to claim how Michele was treated like a “princess”, he also inadvertently slips up and reveals how his mother never really connected with Michele. He states there was “just something wrong with Mom”, after the twins disappeared and she never got close to Michele. Seems Queen Virginia Anne Bower was never very fond of the little adopted, Princess Michelle Olympia Bower.

Perhaps she really just wanted her own little girl. A princess to literally name and call her very own. Not some little adopted girl given to her with the diabolically-inspired, initials of M.O.B. for the interesting, conversation-creating, monogrammed apparel she’d never get the chance to wear someday. Perhaps it was even harder for Queen Virginia to connect with innocent, Princess Michele, knowing the fate that awaited her….just around the dark corner, in her very short life, which lasted only 1,317 days.

So it is rather odd that Bower never discusses Virginia Anne when speaking to audiences, journalists, or Christian pastors on their broadcast programs.  Odd until you dig deeper and find perhaps why he chooses to never discuss Virginia Anne. She was born in early January, 1973, just weeks before – of the same year – Frank Bower Sr. won his South Pasadena City Commission election.

The newborn was named after their mother, Virginia Anne, and was born just 6 1/2 months after the Father’s Day event!! Which means Virginia Bower was already roughly 2-1/2 months pregnant when Michele allegedly drowned, in the third week of June ’73.

That also helps explain, the mystery to many, why Frank Jr. never mentions his genetic half-brother, Shannon Theodore Bower, aka Shannon T. Wiles, a Deputy on the Marion County Sheriff’s Department in nearby Ocala, Florida.

Deputy Shannon Wiles aka Shannon Bower is Frank Jr's, father's son born the same year as Frank Sr. & Virginia Bower's daughter Virginia Anne

Marion County is more popularly known for its’ verdant, rolling hills and the dozens of thoroughbred horse racing ranches, with race-park-like training tracks which sprawl throughout the gentle, rolling hills on the outskirts of the city of Ocala and and elsewhere throughout picturesque Marion County.

If that information has your head spinning, like so many others, fasten your seat belt because there’s even another unusual coincidence. In 1967, the same period of time the twins vanished, Anthony Robert Bower, Frank’s second brother, was born, on May 21st!

It certainly seems that every time a new Bower baby was born, other little girls, in the Bower household, either vanished or met an untimely and suspicious death.

Frank Jr.’s omission is just another blatant example of the many, many secrets the Bower’s immediate and extended family have kept hidden from public view.

Frank Jr. for all his claims of openness about his new life as a Christian pastor is deceptively selective in the information he chooses to reveal. Some people are said to have selective hearing. Frank Bower Jr. has perfected the art of selective speaking.

In summer 1972, as a recent newcomer to South Pasadena, Frank Bower Sr. wasted no time in using the horrific tragedy of his adopted daughter’s, Michele, drowning in the family’s backyard swimming pool to mount his ambitious political campaign for a seat on the South Pasadena City Council.

Bower Sr. ran to fill a seat on the South Pasadena City Council. That seat would be filled by the winning candidate of the March, 1973 election; the very next scheduled election following Michele’s death 8 months earlier.

In just over 200 days, following his adopted daughter’s death, Bower Sr. had achieved his first goal by winning the election by a margin of only 123 votes.

In his mind, and others around him, together, they may have thought he was now well within his grasp of successfully implementing the other items on his lists of actions. An agenda influenced and put in motion by an influential power-base which worked quickly, yet unseen, like skillful marionette operators behind a curtain of secrecy.

The dismantling of the South Pasadena Police Department was the “numero uno” target on Frank Bower Sr.’s agenda. A large bulls-eye had been placed upon its’ patrol cars and the small force who operated them. Bower Sr. lead the charge for it to be dismantled and with lightning speed it was. Just like he and, in our opinion, his stealth-like minders had planned all along.

Preying on the newly created waterside Gulf of Mexico communities’ genuine sympathies, Bower sailed to victory and won his first election in March of 1973, the same week he celebrated his 40th birthday.

It was a lesson that did not escape the ever watchful eyes of his eldest son. The rambunctious Frank Bower Jr. had already earned the reputation, among his peers at school, of a wannabe tough guy from New York.

Eventually, the unruly Boca Ciega High School Pirate (the Boca Ciega HS mascot) was permanently expelled following his involvement in one of several racially-motivated brawls which included his younger brother Vince. That event and subsequent expulsion ended any chance of Bower Jr’s. chance to earn a diploma from Boca Ciega Pirate school.

Many of his classmates thought Frank’s father bore a strong resemblance to infamous Chicago mobster Al Capone. The Bower father and son’s many rough edges stood out like a sore thumb in the community dominated by a steady stream of retirees and snowbirds. Bower Sr.’s attire, including white polyester slacks, frequently matched those associated with the perceived mental image of a flashy, yet shoddily-attired, used-car salesman.

In 1976, Frank Bower Jr. with his father’s prodding, political influence, and assistance, modeled himself into the role of “Mayor for the Day” of South Pasadena on two separate occasions; in two different centuries.

In February 1976, Frank Jr. while wearing the full regalia of costume, for an American Revolution-era statesman. In the role of John Hancock, the young Bower slowly raised the American flag up the polished aluminum pole while members of the South Pasadena community gathered under the Stars and Stripes, as it wavered in the steady Gulf breeze, high above them, near the Boca Ciega Causeway. Hundreds of observers, both young and old, enjoyed a fun-filled day. In just another 4 months many of them would return to enjoy the fireworks display for the approaching July 4, 1776, Bicentennial celebration of the United States.

A couple months later, Frank Jr. again filled the role of Mayor at the annual two-day-session of meetings at City Hall. A group of other teenage children, elected by their classmates, from the South Pasadena community, as well as Bower Jr. were assigned different roles that mirrored the actual elected and sworn officials.

The event was promoted by Pasadena South Community Association leadership as an eye-popping opportunity to help begin grooming the young citizens, their potential future elected leaders and community volunteers. The actual elected officials overseeing the civics event felt it would encourage the young students to become more involved and aware of the complex inner machinations involved in the apparatus of running even a relatively modest-sized community, in one of the fastest growing states within the United States. The group of boys and girls was even treated to a business style luncheon.

Joining Mayor Frank Jr. that day on the City Council were a group of other local school-age adolescents.

Included among them was Mayor Frank Jr.’s younger brother, Vincent, who is just one year younger than Frank Jr. Vince was installed in the role of South Pasadena’s Fire Chief for the day by no small coincidence.

Fire Chief Vincent Bower filled the same post his own maternal grandfather, Bogdan Weidler occupied for many years of his life. Fire Chief Weidler worked in the nearby island community of Redington Beach and had been a fireman for several decades in the Hell’s Kitchen area of New York City.

Bogdan "Bogie" Weidler was the grandfather that Frank Bower Jr., openly bragged, to many of his audiences, of how Frank Bower Jr. planned on murdering the grieving elderly man on the very same day Bogdan was meticulously tending to his sickly wife on her deathbed. The always conniving and ruthless Frank Bower Jr. described in macabre detail how he planned to smother his very own grandfather with a pillow and leave him for dead next to his dying grandmother. After his 76-year-old mother, Wanda, passed away in September 1970, Bogdan Weidler and his wife, Evelyn Mary, also made the long trek from Staten Island, New York, to join their daughter Virginia Anne, their son-in-law Frank Sr., and the couples young grandchildren in Pasadena South.

They purchased a modest home, in 1971, within walking distance to the Bowers equally modest home.

This critical fact, is yet another grey area that Frank Jr., omits for reasons that will become clearer as we progress.

Bower claims that once he left New York and left Grandpa behind, the alleged years of abuse finally ended. But the Weidlers also moved and were regular visitors to the Bower home and even lived there a short period of time prior to the closing of their own nearby home just a block north of the major thoroughfare of Pasadena Avenue which runs though the heart of South Pasadena.

The Bower family’s bizarre and hastily arranged departure from Staten Island, New York, following the sale of their home in June 1968, from the double-lot corner, situated at 32 Carmel Street did not fit the traditional mold of a family whose twins were purportedly abducted.

According to Frank Bower Jr., his twin sisters were abducted in the middle of the night, in 1967, by unknown perpetrators  aka “evil men”, as he described them on other occasions. The Bower twins have never been seen since according to Frank Bower Jr., and the case was never solved by police.

It is a story that Bower has been telling anyone who would listen to him for over the past decade. His story has appeared in newspapers, books, television newscasts, and even on the radio.

There is however a huge problem with the veracity of his story and it is incredibly amazing that no one ever took the time to verify it until we as authors of  “SOLDIER-NINJA-PASTOR-MAYOR: Master of Deception aka Frank Bower Jr.” did in the Spring of 2013!

This is where the twin would be IF they had been reported. These are the New York children still missing decades later! No Bower twins. Bower's game comes to a screeching halt after the Naples Ninja News and new book exposes Bower's many lies worldwide.

Frank Bower Jr. may have cashed his story hundreds of times with other so-called news reporters and writers, but due to the iron-clad facts we’ve discovered, we’re returning his story to him and stamping it NSF! – as in NOT SO FAST!

This is a current example of a widely distributed information flyer the type the twins photos would appear IF they had actually been reported missing. These are the New York children still missing decades later! You’ll notice there are no Bower twins listed however.

Frank Bower Jr.’s decade-long scam comes to a screeching halt after the Naples Ninja News and “SOLDIER NINJA PASTOR MAYOR: Master of Deception aka Frank Bower Jr.” exposes Frank Bower Jr.’s many lies to a worldwide audience.

Careless reporters, often making hollow claims of being so-called lifetime and award-winning investigative journalists, in numerous states across the US, interviewed Frank Bower Jr. and eagerly ran his story verbatim just as the master of deception Frank Bower Jr. told it to them.

Bower appeared on television and radio shows describing in great detail how his mother was screaming in the middle of the night after allegedly discovering her twin daughters had been abducted from their first floor bedroom of their Staten Island home.

Bower adds more suspicion to his story when he slips up, as he so often does, and sometimes refers to the abductors as “evil men”. How does he know they were “evil men” or even evil women, for that matter, if no one was ever apprehended for a crime that police have no report of?

His account of that event bears an eerily chilling resemblance to another event that followed just 5 years later after the Bowers moved to Florida. Once again, Frank Bower Jr. claims his mother was frantically screaming, just as he also describes her doing in 1967, after allegedly finding the 3-year-old adopted toddler, Michele, unconscious  in the Bower family’s backyard swimming pool in South Pasadena, Florida.

If his mother was screaming as loud as he purports, in the middle of the night, at least one of their many neighbors would have been knocking on their front and back doors, or on their phone notifying police as well.

According to Bower, the family’s corner home was soon buzzing with police and detective activity in the wee hours of the morning after the twins allegedly vanished.

Despite Bowers claims, the New York Police Department does not have any open report of twins ever being abducted from Staten Island. Period.

You’ve never seen  them in the Wal-Mart entry way with posters of other missing children, or printed on the side of a carton of milk, or even at the Center for Missing and Exploited Children website that John Walsh helped establish after his son Adam was kidnapped outside a Sears store, in Hollywood, Florida. 6-year-old Adam was last seen shortly before he vanished, playing with other kids at an Atari video game display inside the shopping mall, near the Sears exterior mall entrance, on July 27, 1981. Adams decapitated head was found by fishermen in a Vero Beach canal just 2 weeks later.

There are thousands of other children who were actually reported missing. Along with the event is a paper trail documenting the circumstances of their disappearances and progress of the investigation. Not so for Bower’s twin sisters, Margaret and Therese.
